Le Quesnoy Place

Le Quesnoy Place

Le Quesnoy Place is a 15 Lot subdivision situated in central Cambridge near the Victoria Bridge. The developer Highview Properties Ltd approached Cogswell Surveys in 2004 about subdividing this piece of land. Cogswell Surveys completed section design, resource consent application as well as the engineering design, project management and land transfer survey.

Le Quesnoy Place

On 30 March 2004, Le Quesnoy Place was inaugurated in the presence of the Ambassador of France to New Zealand, M. Jean-Michel Marlaud. The subdivision has prime views of the Waikato River and is a good example of an intergrated development with all of the houses in the subdivision being designed by the same architect, Antanas Procuta.
