About Us 

Our team at Cogswell know land development - we've been shaping Cambridge for almost 60 years.  Established in 1965, Cogswell has a long history of providing a wide range of land surveying, planning and engineering services in the Cambridge area to private and corporate clients. We are nearing 20 staff, many of whom are Cambridge locals.  Our staff span a range of ages enabling experience to combine with dynamic new ideas and innovation.  We are proud of our hard-earned reputation for timely advice, quality service, and familiarity with requirements in Waipa.

Our Equipment

As well as our highly skilled and experienced surveyors, planners and engineers, we also have a range of the most advanced technology available, from UAV’s (drones) to robotic total stations, top of the line GPS units and digital levels which measure to 0.1mm!  Our team is able to select the most appropriate technology from our tools to deliver you the most accurate results for your project.
